A made-to-measure shirt should fit the way you imagined it. If yours doesn’t, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will re-fit it — free.

How it works

1. Tell us within 14 days. Write to us with your order number and what doesn’t feel right — collar, sleeve, chest, length.
2. A fit consultation. Our fitters review your measurements with you, by video or in person in Bengaluru.
3. Re-fit or remake. We alter the shirt or, where needed, cut a new one — at no charge.
4. Your profile, updated. Every correction is saved, so the next shirt is right from the first cut.
