These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ends & Picks website and every order you place with us. "Ends & Picks", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business that operates this store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns and Perfect Fit Guarantee.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity on your account.
2. Made-to-measure products
Every shirt is cut and sewn to order from the measurements and design choices you give us. Please check your measurements, fabric, collar, cuff and other options carefully before you pay. Photographs and on-screen previews are illustrative; small variations in colour, texture and finish between the screen and the finished garment are natural and are not defects.
If you book a measurement appointment, we will take your measurements and confirm your profile before cutting. If you enter your own measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy, although our Perfect Fit Guarantee still applies as described below.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Where a price is shown "before GST", applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is taken in full when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card details.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a fabric run is sold out, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud; in that case we will refund any amount paid in full.
5. Changes and cancellations
You may change your design or measurements, or cancel your order for a full refund, until your fabric is cut, usually within 48 hours of your order being confirmed. Once cutting has begun, the shirt is made for you alone and the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Delivery
Each shirt is made to order and usually ships within 10–14 business days of your measurements being confirmed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns page.
7. Fit, returns and refunds
Because every shirt is made to your measurements, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind. Instead, our Perfect Fit Guarantee applies: if the fit is not right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will alter or re-make the shirt free of charge and update your measurement profile.
If a shirt arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund it. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days.
8. Care
Please follow the care instructions supplied with your shirt. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing, drying, ironing or wear that is contrary to those instructions, or for normal wear and tear.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, the Ends & Picks name and monogram, and the design of the website, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or using it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
12. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption or shortages of materials. We will keep you informed and, if an order cannot be fulfilled, refund you in full.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. We would always prefer to resolve concerns directly, so please contact us first.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
